- Portions — “1.0 instead of 1.5”
- Steps — +2000 steps/day
Day 2–6: only keep this lever
Don’t change everything at once. You’ll learn what actually works.
Day 7: review
- What was easiest?
- Where did calories “leak”?
- What to keep for one more week?
