  • Veggies: cucumber/tomato/salad/carrots
  • One carb: bread/rice/potatoes (not all at once)

Template #2 (hot, batch for 2–3 days)

  • Protein + veggies + a grain, portioned out.
  • Keep sauce on the side, add gradually.

“Insurance” against office snacks

Keep one planned protein snack: yogurt/cottage cheese. It reduces cookie cravings dramatically.
