Office lunchbox: 10-minute setup to avoid sugar snacking

You don’t need a lunchbox for perfection. You need it to avoid the common pattern: hungry → sweet coffee → random snacking.
Template #1 (cold, 2 minutes)
- Protein: chicken/tuna/eggs/Greek yogurt/tofu
- Veggies: cucumber/tomato/salad/carrots
- One carb: bread/rice/potatoes (not all at once)
Template #2 (hot, batch for 2–3 days)
- Protein + veggies + a grain, portioned out.
- Keep sauce on the side, add gradually.
“Insurance” against office snacks
Keep one planned protein snack: yogurt/cottage cheese. It reduces cookie cravings dramatically.
